Healthy Fall Smoothies
It's officially fall so get your blenders out because here are some great fall smoothie recipes! I know many people don’t connect fall with the time of year to be gulping down a delicious, cold smoothie and I do agree that we shouldn't overindulge in cold drinks when the temperatures drop. But having a quick go-to that gives us an energy boost is exactly what we need and a smoothie might just be the perfect stop. Skip the ice and add warming spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Happy blending!
