Healthy Fall Smoothies

It's officially fall so get your blenders out because here are some great fall smoothie recipes! I know many people don’t connect fall with the time of year to be gulping down a delicious, cold smoothie and I do agree that we shouldn't overindulge in cold drinks when the temperatures drop. But having a quick go-to that gives us an energy boost is exactly what we need and a smoothie might just be the perfect stop. Skip the ice and add warming spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Apple and Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 apple, chopped

  • 1,5 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 1 scoop Complete Vanilla or Salted Caramel protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled

Apple Pie Smoothie


• 1 banana

• 1 apple

• 1 1/2 cup kale

• 1/4 tsp cinnamon

• 1 1/ 2 cup almond milk

• 1 scoop Complete Salted Caramel or Vanilla protein powder



Pumpkin Pie smoothie

  • 1 cup

  • 1 cup puréed squash

  • 3 large Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon, to taste

  • 1 scoop Complete Vanilla or Salted Caramel protein powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

  • sprinkle of nutmeg



Fig and Banana smoothie


  • 3-4 fresh figs, washed and stems removed the halved

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)

  • 1 scoop Complete chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds, optional



Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • ½ cup 100% pure pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ banana, frozen

  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 scoop Complete vanilla protein powder
