Anti-inflammatory Cauliflower Burgers

Do I need to present turmeric? If you would have to pick just one spice with anti-inflammatory benefits, it would definitely be this one. Thoroughly researched and proven to heal hundreds of diseases, we can never get enough of turmeric in our diet.
Anti-inflammatory Cauliflower Burgers
Ingredients
3 cups riced cauliflower
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
3 organic eggs
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp of grated fresh turmeric
Salt and pepper (black pepper helps with the absorption of turmeric's anti inflammatory properties)
How to
1. With the help of a food processor, rice the cauliflower.
2. Combine the cauliflower with coconut and almond flour, onion powder, turmeric, salt and pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with ghee.
4. Combine the egg-ghee mixture with the dry ingredients. The batter should not be runny in order to be able to form burgers with your hands.
5. Bake at 180 C for 25 min.
