But these Collagen Peanut Butter Cookies became my favorites very quickly. They taste like cookie dough and you don't even have to turn on the oven if you want some healthy treat. Use the unprocessed version of peanut butter - check the label, there should not be anything else except peanuts, simple as that!
Raw Collagen Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup of unprocessed peanut butter
10 dates, soaked and pitted
half cup of collagen powder (I use this one)
pinch of salt
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. Make small cookies (use a fork to create those nice chessboards on the cookie!)
