Cauliflower Hummus



We've been told that we should avoid 'white' food such as white rice, white flour and sugar. Well, cauliflower is an exception - it is probably the healthiest food on the planet. Unfortunately, many of us remember the 'yucky' smell when cauliflower is steamed or boiled and it took a lot of effort on my side to like this high anti-inflammatory food. But hey, there is this cauliflower hummus and after eating it, you will definitely crave for more!

Cauliflower Hummus

Ingredients

10 cauliflower florets

2 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp almond butter

juice of half lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

1 clove of garlic OR 1 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce) infused with fermented garlic

salt

pepper

1. Pulse all ingredients on high in a blender. That's it!
