Coriander Sauce

Coriander (derived from French word for this herb, coriandre) or cilantro (Spanish name, used also in the U.S.), is popular in Asian and South American cuisine. Used for thousands of years, this wonderful herb is cited in articles for at least 32 diseases, including IBS, Diabetes, Heavy Metal Poisoning, Parasitic Diseases or Colitis. It is a helpful remedy while doing a Candida diet as oregano and garlic are strong anti fungal herbs. Coriander (cilantro) helps clean the body from heavy metals.
