Avocado Mint Popsicles
Ingredients (makes 2 popsicles):
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
1 drop of mint essential oil (you can add more drops but when you plan to give these popsicles to kids, or if you are breastfeeding, I recommend only one drop as mint essential oil has the potency to decrease milk supply)
1 tbsp. maple syrup (optional, for those who like it on the sweeter side)
1. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips.
2. With a spatula, gently add chocolate chips.
3. Put in a silicone popsicle mould and put in a freezer for at least 4 hours.
