Most of us cook the same meals for years, even for decades. We eat the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For some of us, it is a matter of time, others are afraid to follow new recipes because they fear the outcome. It is indeed a pity, as there are thousands of recipes just waiting to be followed and new foods to be tasted. Believe me, organization is everything. Many of the recipes found on the internet nowadays are much healthier than those older ones, full of white flour, white sugar and margarine (yuck!).
