If you have ever put your feet in a French restaurant, you have surely noticed there are some staple desserts on the menu. One of them is 'mousse au chocolat', a simple yet tasty dessert made with very fresh eggs, sugar and chocolate.
This recipe is a raw, vegan and delicious version of 'mousse au chocolat' which you will not find in any common French restaurant. If yes, let me know!
Avocado Chocolate Mousse (vegan, raw, lactose and gluten free)
1 ripe avocado (works only with really ripe ones)
2 tbs of chocolate powder (use raw if you can if not a quality cocoa powder will do)
1 tbs of honey, maple syrup or 10 drops of liquid stevia, whichever you prefer
Mix together. I like to add one drop of peppermint essential oil.
