Diet and Detoxification
I come from a family of medical doctors. No matter what happened, there was always a pill for every ill. And as at medical school they don't teach you anything about nutrition, I had to search for the answers myself. After my parents were diagnosed with autoimmune disease and after giving birth to my third child, I started to be concerned about my own health. I didn't feel good in my body, I was tired and depressed. I was sitting in front of my laptop, beer in one hand, salted roasted peanuts in another, watching a free screening of some weight loss summit. I've been on a healing journey ever since. I've been on many diets but as a Certified Eating Psychology Coach I believe that each of us is unique and there is not one diet that suits all of us. Whether you are paleo, vegan or pegan, the most important thing is to eat whole, fresh, organic foods.
